Position
At the corporate head office based in IJsselstein the position of a Tax Compliance Manager has arisen. This position reports to the Group Tax Manager and is part of a tax team of 3. You will be responsible for the entire tax compliance and surrounding processes including timely filing of correct and complete corporate tax returns and ensure Terberg is compliant.

More specifically the tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and submit the yearly Dutch corporate income tax return(s) for the Dutch fiscal Unity;
  • Being involved with managing international Tax Compliance;
  • Project management and delivery of solutions for global tax developments (such as ATAD, DAC6, BEPS and Pillar 2);
  • Prepare and support in TP documentation;
  • Manage Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR);
  • Support on Tax Accounting and reporting;
  • Support and manage other diverse tax projects on an ad hoc basis;
  • Tax support on VAT and Wage Tax could be made part of the role;
  • Maintain a close relationship and strong cooperation between the finance departments, tax authorities and external tax advisors.

Candidate
The ideal candidate has a degree in taxation and solid experience in Tax Compliance gained at a consulting firm or in-house. You can independently prepare the Dutch corporate income tax returns. We can also accommodate senior people that fit in this position.

You are a flexible and easy-going person with good communication skills and above all strong numerical skills. Fluent in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English is a given.
