Role: Field Service Administrator
Location: Aldridge, WS9 8TZ
Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £28,894.81 pa DOE
Are you organised, customer-focused, and great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Field Service Administrator to join the team at Aldridge, where you'll play a key role in supporting our field service operation and ensuring our customers receive an excellent service.
In this varied role, you'll work closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams to keep service activities on track. From raising job cards and processing documentation to managing invoices and warranty claims, you'll help ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
- Raising job cards and maintaining accurate service records
- Processing technician time bookings and job information
- Checking and collating service documentation within agreed timescales
- Finalising parts and labour charges on completed jobs
- Closing jobs and supporting the timely completion of service activity
- Reviewing and processing service invoices and credits
- Creating, monitoring, and processing warranty claims
- Producing reports and supporting the wider team as required
- Building your product knowledge and working in line with company procedures
What we're looking for:
You'll be a proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer service. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of people, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
You'll also have:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- The ability to remain focused and effective under pressure
- A flexible, results-driven mindset
