Hours: 37 hours per week | between 06:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday 

Hourly rate: Up to £17.61 ph DOE

Are you a skilled paint sprayer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Painter/Prepper to join our Paint team in Warwick!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for preparing and spraying large commercial vehicles to a high standard, supporting production line efficiency and maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out vehicle masking and preparation to a high standard
  • Perform general paint shop duties including spraying large commercial vehicles
  • Maintain quality standards in line with BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  • Work flexibly across Units 1 and 3 as required
  • Promote good housekeeping and adhere to health and safety procedures
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to recovery programmes when needed
  • Demonstrate strong attendance, punctuality, and discipline

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar commercial paint spraying or prepping role
  • Skilled in preparation and masking techniques
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices, especially when working with solvents
  • Familiar with production processes and takt times
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Computer literate and adaptable to different paint shop processes
  • Willing to work in confined spaces and perform occasional heavy lifting
  • Able to travel between Warwick units and to Blackpool when required
  • Flexible with working hours and available for overtime
