Stakeholder Alignment & Management Systems

  • Align sustainability initiatives with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
  • Work closely with Quality, HSE, Finance, HR, Procurement and divisional leadership teams.
  • Build awareness, engagement and collaboration across internal stakeholders.

Monitoring, Reporting & Decision Support

  • Monitor developments in legislation (including CSRD), customer expectations and industry trends.
  • Advise and report to the Group Sustainability Manager, Divisional Board and CFO.
  • Identify risks, progress and improvement opportunities, and translate these into actionable guidance.

Your Profile:

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, CSRD, project management or a related field.
  • Experience in an industrial, technical or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of CSRD, GHG Protocol, circularity and ISO management systems.
  • Experience in multinational or multi‑entity environments is a plus.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Hands‑on, pragmatic, and comfortable working with operational environments.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Personal
