Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE 
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00-13:00 Friday - the role is full‑time (37 hours per week), though fixed reduced hours (e.g. 09:30–15:00) will be considered for the right candidate, with salary offered on a pro‑rata basis
Salary: between £31,000 and £33,000 pa DOE

Are you organised, detail‑driven and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Planning Coordinator to support our manufacturing planning function, ensuring production plans, data and systems are accurate, up to date and aligned to business priorities.


You’ll play a key role in supporting production flow, maintaining planning data integrity, and providing clear reporting to help teams make informed decisions.


What you’ll do:

  • Release, maintain and close Works Orders in line with the agreed production sequence.
  • Load weekly demand forecasts into the ERP system and support weekly MRP runs.
  • Produce and distribute WIP reports and weekly production statistics.
  • Maintain planning data, trackers and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support Product Change Notes (PCNs) administration and system updates.
  • Assist with documenting and maintaining planning procedures and work instructions.
  • Identify data or system inconsistencies and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Provide cover and operational support within the Planning team as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and Bill of Materials (experience with Epicor Avante is desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy.
  • Confident Excel skills (including formulas, filters and pivot tables).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage changing demands.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively across Planning, Production and wider teams.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
