Special Projects Manager

Role: Special Projects Manager

Location: UK - you'll be based at the closest Service Centre or Dennis Eagle location

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday

 

We're seeking a dynamic Special Projects Manager to join our Aftermarket team, where you'll travel to our different locations and be the catalyst for efficiency and profit enhancement through advanced systems, data analysis, and process optimisation. 

 

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with the Aftermarket Team to enhance systems and processes, utilising data-driven insights for continuous improvement
  • Spearhead the development and testing of IT systems, including Asset Minder, Quote Builder, and more
  • Provide hands-on support to service centers with systems implementation and staff training
  • Champion the ISO 9001 quality system management, ensuring seamless maintenance and development
  • Analyse KPI data to identify improvement areas and drive business growth
  • Lead special projects to support Aftermarket business initiatives

 

Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Basic HGV industry knowledge
  • A working understanding of processes
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays. A driving licence would be advantageous as national travel will be required to some difficult to access locations
