About the HR team:
Our HR team consists of an HR Business Partner, HR Support and an (interim) Recruiter and Group HR Director and we are on a trajectory for growth. The HR team is responsible for developing and executing the strategy that enables Royal Terberg Group to attract, develop and retain the best people and to create an optimal working environment. One of the strategic objectives of the team is digitalizing & automating our processes and procedures. In this team, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and grow within a diverse set of responsibilities.
Your Role as HR Operations specialist:
As an HR Operations specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and securing our HR and payroll processes as well as ensuring (employee) data accuracy & entry. You will focus on the day-to-day operations of our HR department, overseeing payroll, maintaining records, and authorise changes & mutations. You will be the go-to person for colleagues' (approx. 90 emp.) queries, providing personalised advice within local regulations and Collective Labour Agreement (Metaal&Techniek). You will collaborate closely with external & internal partners such as the tax authorities, finance department, pension partner (PMT), insurance companies, and our payroll partner, you'll be a key liaison.
