HGV Technician, Hertsmere

Role: HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic

Location: Hertsmere, EN6 3JN

Hours: 45 hours per week | Monday to Friday

We are looking for a HGV Technician at our Hertsmere site. This is a crucial and challenging Aftermarket role.

The role:

  • To manage the repair and servicing of customer vehicles: - this includes routine services, MOT preparation and a wide range of chassis and body repairs including fault diagnosis.
  • To ensure remedial & maintenance work is achieved to customer’s satisfaction both breakdowns and all other work carried out at customer’s premises.
  • To carry out administration and other work in connection with Company activities as appropriate.

Your experience:

  • Good Knowledge and experience of commercial vehicle repair and servicing
  • Understanding of Electronics & Electrical Systems
  • Understanding of Hydraulics
  • Formal mechanical qualification
  • Year 3 City & Guilds or equivalent
